http://buildbot.net/buildbot/docs/current/BuildRequest.html introduces properties but gives no hint about where they come from, in general. It's not even very clear where the owner property comes from. Thinking a bit, I'm guessing it's in the SourceStamp??

Also, "interested users" should be cross-linked on this page, so I can find out how that set is determined.
