Remove pending jobs

Description

In our project the same build was accidentally requested twice by means of manually requesting a build. One person was faster than the other, and the slave was idle, so one request is now being built while the other one is pending.

Since this is kind of useless, we'd like to remove the pending build. However, there seems to be no way to do that at the moment.
