Better BK tests

Description
The BK test suite needs to be expanded by someone who has a copy of BK.
The tests should exercise all of the "interesting" functionality of the BK class:
- extra_args
- update and full
- parseGotRevision

BK is up on the chopping block for unmaintained component removal..
Exactly how we do that will be decided at the summit.
