Setup an instance of MetricsGrimoire / VizGrimoire

We should have a ​http://metrics.buildbot.net similar to ​http://metrics.ceph.com.

It is used to track the activity in a project and provides a good 'heartbeat'.

It has a lot of features that would be useful for us and act as a type of leaderboard with more details.

We can also add metabuildbot to this in order to collect metrics for builds.
