perforce client -i hangs on cygwin

HI, When i am using buildbot on cygwin with perforce as VC. buildbot initial creates new workspace. I found that p4 client -i command seems to be hangs for unknow reason. ?? Could please help me out with this.

On Linux, when is pass extra_view for the perforce client view. p4 client -i command does set it to specified cleint view. I had to manually configure the cleint to make it work.

please let me if their is a workaround for the above cases.

eesh, dunno, but I bet it's cygwin's fault :(
