readthedocs tries to make PDFs, and fails: 

None:None: WARNING: no matching candidate for image URI u'manual/_images/overview.*'
None:None: WARNING: no matching candidate for image URI u'manual/_images/slaves.*'
None:None: WARNING: no matching candidate for image URI u'manual/_images/master.*'
None:None: WARNING: no matching candidate for image URI u'manual/_images/status.*'
