transitions between working / broken not computed per-branch

If I have a project building all branches, and branch A goes from fixed to broken, the next commit that builds cleanly on a different branch will be reported as a transition from broken to fixed.

This kind of historical analysis is currently extremely difficult, since the data is buried in pickles. When we have builds in the db, this will be much easier.
