master.cfg.smaple references process/step.py which does not exist anymore

Line 92 of master.cfg.sample : 

# the first BuildStep is typically responsible for obtaining a copy of the
# sources. There are source-obtaining Steps in buildbot/process/step.py for

step.py is no present anymore, seemed to have beem replaced by buildstep.py.
