Display revision in waterfall build box

Description

When multiple builds are happening in the waterfall, it can be hard to identify which revision the build refers to. It would be nice to be able to also see the revision in the yellow build box at the beginning of each waterfall.

This should use the revlink stuff so that VC's with longer revisions (e.g., git) don't ruin the layout of the waterfall

When using git, this gives really wide columns, since the revision is 40-chars.
